For Glasgow:
Pick up area is car park 2 which is on the right as you exit the building.
For Edinburgh:
All passengers being picked up should follow signs to the new airport pick up zone, located on the ground floor of the multi storey car park.
For Prestwick:
All pick ups and drop offs will continue to take place in car park 2 where the 10 minute free of charge period remains unchanged. This car park is now solely for the use of cars, 4x4 passenger vehicles and similar. Vans, buses, mini buses, trucks etc are not permitted into car park 2. Such large vehicles and enclosed vehicles should now use car park 1.
The cars picking you up will have a Loch Lomond Travel sign on the side of the car.
Where possible we ask that you call us when you exit the terminal building when making your way to the pick up area, this is due to the security at the airports restricting the waiting time. Your driver will be there within 2-3 mins to pick you up.
Should I turn my mobile on when I land?
Yes please, it can be helpful for both of us. We will usually give you a courtesy call when you are in the baggage hall just for peace of mind.
